Open Marketing Format:
Everyone that attends the luncheon is allowed to put business cards, flyers or handouts on each person’s place setting. If you prefer not to do this, that is ok too. This is not required. All items left in the place setting, will be disposed of after the meeting. It is HIGHLY encouraged that you pick up your remaining items for future use.
Door Prizes and Greeters:
It’s important that everyone pitches in to help our organization function smoothly. Please let Brandi know if you are able to donate a door prize or if you can be a greeter at an upcoming meeting. She will let you know the next meeting that we need your help. You may also email Brandi to let her know of your interest.
Speakers and Presentations:
Each meeting we have someone scheduled to give an informational or "how to" presentation. Usually presentations last about 25 minutes, which allows time for a question and answer period. Sessions are not for the purpose of selling your product or services; they are to educate the attendees on the subject matter and should not be a sales pitch. Direct sales by presenters are not permitted. If you are interested in giving a presentation at one our luncheon meetings, please download the speaker application form and submit via the instructions contained within.
Spotlight Table Displays:
We welcome our meeting attendees to promote their services and/or products via a "Spotlight table" at our meetings. Spotlight table presenters will get one additional minute to promote their tabletop product, service or event. Spotlight tables are $15 for members and $30 for non-members per table. Size of table may vary depending on our meeting location. A max of 5 tables per meeting are allowed. If you are interested in reserving a Spotlight table, please download the application form and submit via the instructions contained within.
Reservations:
Please register online by noon the Friday before our scheduled meeting or email us. We need your full name (spell it), name of your business (spell it), phone #, & email address. If you are bringing a guest, do the same for your guest(s).
*Note: if you register to attend the meeting but cannot come, please send a guest/sub in your place. Without notifying us of your absence, you will be invoiced for the meeting.
